what is the mindful mom retreat all about?

The Mindful Moms Retreat is an opportunity for moms to unwind, to pause, and just be. It’s about giving yourself a much-needed and much-deserved rest. During the retreat, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the connection and community of other incredible moms in addition to participating in expertly led experiences focusing on mindfulness & meditation and cultivating joy. Overnight accommodations at the Hyatt Regency and Saturday night dinner are available for participants who choose to partake.

Here’s what previous retreat participants have said:

“It was really a time that was just for me which was wonderful! It filled my cup with tools that I can easily apply in my daily life and can revisit whenever I need some calm. I loved the pace of it so much and felt really grounded the whole day. Loved it so much!”

“It was a soul-sustaining weekend of love, validation, and information! It sparked a self-care flame in me, which was long overdue.”

“It was a combination of time off and relaxation, but also felt like I was doing the work. The work to really inspect my thoughts and actions, to be a better version of myself.”

“I'd recommend the Mindful Mom Retreat to any mama. It was the perfect balance between education and restoration. The structure and pace were so beautifully planned. Being in the company of such loving and supportive women elevated my frequency.”

“It was magical to be able to connect with other mamas. All of the workshops were fantastic but one of the best portions of the evening was the unstructured dinner we shared. We were able to talk openly and honestly and really get to know one another a bit deeper.”

“It's just nice to take time for ourselves and get some input from experts that we can use during times of stress. It's a great reminder that we aren't meant to do this mom thing on our own!”

All workshops, materials, and Saturday lunch are included.

Cost: $300 (if you register by February 9, 2024!!)

Price goes up to $315 after February 9, 2024.

Stephanie Sackerman

LiveLoveBeWell

Stephanie is a mom, educator, Certified Parent Educator, Certified Wellness Coach, and Certified Teacher of Mindfulness.  After becoming a mother, she realized just how much support moms need and how very little there actually is, and I set out to change that.  She is passionate about supporting moms so they can be stress less, love more, slow down to savor the moment, and show up as the moms they want to be.  She supports mothers with practical, convenient, and accessible techniques, and my authentic approach focuses on mindfulness, kindfulness, and compassion.  She has worked with women one-on-one and in small groups in New Jersey and all over the United States to help them reduce stress, practice self-care, increase their self-love, and live life mindfully.
